These terms are binding and take effect for you (Customer or Invited User) when you start accessing and using the Sqiva Website or Application ("Services") provided by PT Sqiva ("Sqiva", "We"", or "Us"). If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our services.

We reserve the right to modify, adjust, or update these terms at any time without prior notice. Since these Terms & Conditions may change from time to time, it is your responsibility to ensure that you have read, understood, and agreed to the latest Terms & Conditions available on Sqiva Services.

Use of Sqiva Services

Sqiva Services are created, owned, operated, and provided by Sqiva, and their use must comply with the following terms:

  • You agree to use Sqiva Services for legitimate and lawful purposes and agree not to use Sqiva Services for any illegal or unlawful activities.
  • You must not attempt to compromise the security or integrity of Sqiva Services.
  • You must not use or misuse Sqiva Services in any way that may interfere with other users’ ability to use Sqiva Services.
  • You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any materials other than those explicitly permitted for your access.
  • You must not upload or introduce any files into Sqiva Services that could damage Sqiva’s systems, networks, or applications and harm other users.
  • You must not attempt to modify, copy, imitate, or dismantle Sqiva Services’ data or systems.
  • Official communication from Us will only come from the following email address: info@sqiva.com. You are fully responsible for any communication outside of this email address.

Accout Usage

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
  • Your account must only be used by you. If you want someone else to operate your account, prior approval from Sqiva is required.
  • You must ensure that all usernames and passwords required to access Sqiva Services are securely stored and kept confidential.
  • You must notify Sqiva immediately if your password has been used by an unauthorized party or if there has been any other security breach, and Sqiva will reset your password.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.
  • You indemnify and release Sqiva and its stakeholders from any liability, losses, costs, and damages suffered as a direct or indirect result of your actions that are inconsistent with or in violation of these Terms & Conditions.

Service Availability

  • Our Services are generally available online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except in cases of repairs, upgrades, or maintenance on our application or website.
  • Although our Services have been developed and tested thoroughly, Sqiva does not guarantee that the Sqiva Application is free from defects or that the Services will be uninterrupted at all times, as the use of Sqiva Services also depends on your device’s signal and condition.

Service Usage Limitations

The use of our Services may be limited based on each user’s access rights and responsibilities.

Limitation of Liability

  • Sqiva is not responsible for any losses or damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services.
  • You release Sqiva from all claims, lawsuits, costs, losses, damages, and liabilities resulting from your violation of the Terms & Conditions stated in this Agreement.

Confidentiality & Privacy

  • Neither party shall disclose or provide Confidential Information to any third party without written consent from the other party or use such information for personal gain.
  • Sqiva has and maintains a privacy policy that outlines the parties’ obligations regarding personal information. You are advised to read our privacy policy first, and by agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you are considered to have accepted our privacy policy.

Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content within our Services (including but not limited to text, images, logos, and code) is the property of Sqiva.
  • You are not allowed to copy, distribute, or modify any content within our Services without written permission from Sqiva. Failure to comply with this provision may result in civil and criminal sanctions in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Other Provisions

  • These General Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

  • If a dispute arises between both parties, it will first be resolved through mutual deliberation. If an agreement cannot be reached, both parties agree to settle the issue through legal procedures under the jurisdiction of the Republic of Indonesia.
